h5777 Frequently Asked Questions

Free Spins are a reward that lets you spin a slot without spending your own money. At h5777, you can earn Free Spins through bonus offers, promotions, and prize draws. Any winnings depend on the value assigned to each Free Spin. Winnings from Free Spins are subject to wagering requirements, so read the terms carefully before requesting a withdrawal.

A regular jackpot has a fixed prize amount, while a Progressive Jackpot grows over time as a portion of every player's stake is added to the pool. This means a Progressive Jackpot can reach very large sums. When one lucky player hits it, they receive the full accumulated amount in one go, and the jackpot then starts building again from scratch.

Most games offer a Demo Mode so you can play without depositing real money. This lets you get familiar with the game's mechanics, bonus features, and patterns before committing. Winnings in Demo Mode cannot be withdrawn as real money — you need to play with real money to win real money. Use Demo Mode to get comfortable first, then switch over when you're ready.

Volatility (also called Variance) is an indicator of how often a game pays out and how large those payouts tend to be. High Volatility games pay out less frequently, but when they do, the prizes tend to be bigger. Low Volatility games pay out smaller amounts more regularly. Consider your own budget and playing style when choosing a game that suits you.

For players with a limited budget, Low Volatility games with low minimum bets are a good choice. These games let you play longer and keep returning small wins, so your funds last longer and the enjoyment continues. Try them in Demo Mode first, then pick the one you like best.

An Accumulator (Acca) Bet combines multiple matches into a single bet. All selections must win for the Acca to pay out. Because the odds are multiplied together, the potential return is high — but if any one match loses, the entire Acca is lost.

Live Betting (In-Play Betting) lets you place bets in real time while a match is in progress. You can watch how the game unfolds — the current score, time remaining, and goals scored — before making your decision, making it a more engaging and strategic way to bet. Odds change continuously throughout the match.

Decimal Odds (for example, 2.50) mean you receive 2.50 times your stake if you win. In Handicap Betting, the weaker team is given a goal advantage to level the contest. For example, if Team A is given -1.5, Team A must win by 2 or more goals for a bet on Team A to win. A bet on Team B wins if Team B wins or loses by only 1 goal.
